Emergency Text Notification Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Service
This SMS notification system (“Service”) is designed exclusively for communicating urgent and emergency information to employees. Examples include, but are not limited to, office closures, safety alerts, and critical operational updates.

2. Eligibility & Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from PALS.

  • Participation is voluntary.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.

  • Message frequency will vary depending on the occurrence of emergencies and urgent updates.

3. Opt-In / Opt-Out 

  • Opt-in: You may join the Service by providing your phone number through the official Company form.

  • Opt-out: You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any SMS received, or by selecting "Stop Notifications" at: https://forms.gle/Kz1zaToFY7V9tq6a6

4. Use of Service

  • Messages will be sent only for legitimate emergency purposes.

  • The Company will not send marketing or promotional texts through this Service.

  • The Company is not liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected messages due to carrier issues or technical disruptions.

5. Responsibilities
Employees are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.

  • Notifying the Company of any change in their phone number.

6. Modification or Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to send timely notifications but cannot guarantee delivery under all circumstances. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

  • SMS gateway providers and carriers as necessary to deliver messages.
